Reuse the past, Recycle the Present, Save the future
Montessori children participated in a joyful “Best Out of Waste” activity where they created simple crafts using discarded materials such as paper rolls, bottle caps, cardboard, and old magazines. With enthusiasm and creativity, the children made items like flower pots, pen holders, and small decorative toys.
After completing their crafts, each child confidently spoke a few lines about what they had made and the materials they used. This short presentation helped them build confidence, improve their language skills, and express their ideas clearly.
The activity successfully combined creativity with learning and encouraged children to understand the value of reusing waste. The session ended with happy faces and beautifully crafted items proudly displayed by the children.
