To commemorate our nation’s 78th year of independence, a unified and exemplary event was held at the sprawling campus of BRS Global school, ranked among the best CBSE schools in Sarjapur Road, on 15th August, 2024.

The occasion was solemnized by a series of cultural and patriotic events.

Opening and Flag Hoisting Ceremony – The event commenced with the arrival of our distinguished dignitary and chairman, Shri. K.R.Rajashekhar Reddy sir, who was welcomed by the school principal, staff and the students. The occasion was followed by the flag hoisting ceremony accompanied by the singing of our national anthem. The sight of the tricolour fluttering above the azure sky instilled a great sense of pride and reverence amongst everyone present there.

Ceremonial March Past – To showcase discipline, unity and coordination a formal march past was exhibited by the students to set the tone further.

Addressing by the Principal – Followed by the flag hoisting ceremony, our principal, Ms. Manjula B.V delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the significance of our Independence Day.

Cultural performances – Students from the cultural segment showcased the rich diversity and heritage of our country by singing patriotic songs. Patriotic speeches in languages like English, Kannada and Hindi also imbued a great sense of nationalism and pride amongst the audience. Mass PT and Physical activities – Along with the mass PT presentation, the students also showcased a series of captivating performances using ‘hoops and dumbbells’ and their acrobatic formations of human pyramids in multiple tiers.

The events were also followed by the co-scholastic performances related to Karate, Robotics, Dance etc.

Closing Ceremony – Finally the celebration was concluded with a vote of thanks expressing gratitude towards the guests, staff and the participants.
