A Parent Orientation Programme was conducted at BRS Global School Sarjapur on the 31st of May for Primary & Middle School. It was an opportunity for the parents to know about the activities of the school and to create a bond with the teachers, as the school is a home away from home for the children. This initiative strengthens the school-parent partnership, crucial for the holistic development of each child.
The Welcome address was presented by Ms. Adlin Louis, followed by Ms.Sonali briefing about the modern infrastructure and world-class facilities at the school.
Dr. Sangeetha Ballal, the Principal of BRS Global School, guided the parents about the academic structure, school rules, student regulations, and valuable recommendations. These insights are aimed at helping parents support their children academically and emotionally, creating a nurturing environment at home.
New initiatives for the academic year 2025–26 were introduced, including Cambridge Qualifications for Grades 1 to 9. This curriculum enhancement is designed to improve students’ communication skills, build confidence, and open doors to global learning opportunities.
The orientation also highlighted the structured sports curriculum through Ignite Sportifit, which supports physical education and the overall well-being of students. Hands-on activities were conducted during the session to engage parents in the school’s dynamic learning process.
Parents were also briefed about the use of Entrar, the official school management app, and the integration of Swa Adhyayan digital textbooks for enhanced learning.
The orientation programme proved to be a sincere and thoughtful effort by BRS Global School Kasavanahalli in educating and partnering with parents to guide students in the right direction.
