The Montessori and Grade 1 sections organized a colorful and educational event titled “Around the World.” The programme aimed to introduce children to different countries and cultures, helping them understand the importance of unity in diversity.
The event began with the Co-ordinator warmly welcoming the gathering. The children then presented an invocation song, followed by the lighting of the lamp and a prayer song, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
The principal delivered the speech, encouraging the students and appreciating the efforts of the teachers. The Welcome Speech from Hoysala Montessori -3A introduced the theme of the event and explained how the performances would take everyone on a journey around the globe. The children performed various dances, including a lively Fusion Dance, a graceful Japan Dance representing Japan, an
energetic Pop Dance, a charming French Dance from France, an expressive Egypt Dance inspired by Egypt, and a cheerful Beach Dance.
The Grand Finale by all the children beautifully highlighted the theme “About the World,” spreading the message that we may belong to different countries, but we all share one world.
The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks from Uttappa Montessori-3B, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event. The event was a joyful and memorable celebration of culture, creativity, and unity
