The bond of togetherness, the bracelet of sentimental value and a lifelong promise of protection- Raksha Bandhan -a festival that not only spreads joy but also strengthens family ties.

The Montessori 3A class of BRS Global School conducted a special assembly on 20th August 2024 in the school auditorium. The students and participants gathered dressed in traditional attires.

(a). The assembly started with a welcome speech by Bahu Chiranth.

(b). Leena and Siddarth explained the significance of Raksha Bandhan.

(c). Everyone pledged to inculcate the value of patriotism with Mrs. Sarika.

(d). The students mesmerised everyone with a dance performance on a Raksha Bandhan song highlighting the brother-sister relationship.

(e). All girls tied a sacred thread called “Rakhi” around their brothers’ wrists.

(f). The boys pledged to protect and care for their sisters and all the girls in the society.

The assembly ended with the national anthem and vote of thanks by Chethana.
