Dr. Srinivas H.L, a highly esteemed scientist at ISRO Satellite Centre, Bangalore, was solemnized at BRS Global School, Kasavanahalli on 13th June 2024, Thursday.

Valuable insights were given by Dr. Srinivas on the stages of rocket launching, the various tests involved, and the making of significant ISRO projects.
I. Rocket Launching Stages: The 4 stages are:

- Payload Deployment
II. Satellite and Rocket Testing: These tests include:
- Acid Tests
- Vibration Tests
- Acoustic Tests
- Antenna EMI and EMC Tests
- Thermovac Tests
- Solar Panel Tests
III. Significant ISRO Projects: Videos had been shared on
Aryabhata- Aryabhata, India’s first satellite, launched in 1975, marked the beginning of India’s journey into space. Chandrayaan-1- Chandrayaan-1, India’s first lunar probe, was launched in 2008, for exploring the Moon’s surface, mineral composition, and water molecules on the Moon. Chandrayaan-2- Chandrayaan-2, launched in 2019, was India’s second lunar exploration mission including an orbiter, a lander named Vikram, and a rover named Pragyan. Vikram Lander- The Vikram Lander, part of the Chandrayaan-2 mission, was designed to perform a soft landing on the Moon’s south pole. Gagan Yaan Mission- The Gagan Yaan mission is India’s ambitious manned space flight project, aiming to send Indian astronauts to space.
