Learning about Global Warming through Environment day is quite exciting for children, especially preschoolers. The Montessori team of BRS Global School, ranked among the best CBSE schools in Sarjapur Road organised a Rally on ‘World Environment Day’. The Environment Day was celebrated on 19th June 2024 by the Montessori team with great pomp. The event was graced by the presence of our coordinator Ms. Kavitha to create awareness about the need to save our planet earth and thank nature for all its bounties. The main aim of the event was to increase awareness among the students about the importance of the environment and the need to protect it. The Montessori teachers and children went on a rally to a nearby residential layout with placards saying save water, save electricity, save trees, say no to plastic, etc. Creating awareness among the society. After the rally, the entire Montessori team assembled in the school lobby. The teachers gave a speech on the importance of our environment. The children cherished making an “Environment Day medal” as a take away craft. Together we had a nourishing Environment Day. The event was conducted successfully creating awareness for a greener world.
