Krishna Janmashtami, the celebration of Lord Krishna’s birth, was observed with great enthusiasm and fervor at BRS Global School on 08/09/23. The celebration commenced with a Puja followed by a warm welcome speech was delivered to greet the children.

A melodious welcome song, performed by Grade 1 student children from Montessori joined together to present a group song, creating a harmonious and festive ambiance.A vibrant and energetic group dance performance showcased the talents of young participants. A thought-provoking speech was delivered, shedding light on the life, teachings, and significance of Lord Krishna in Hindu mythology. 

Montessori children participated in the traditional “Dahi Handi” ceremony, symbolizing Lord Krishna’s playful nature as a child. The enthusiasm of the young participants added an adorable and joyful touch to the event.

The principal addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of preserving and passing down the cultural and spiritual traditions associated with Krishna Janmashtami. The speech also highlighted the values and lessons that can be drawn from Lord Krishna’s life.

The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all participants and children for their contributions in making the Krishna Janmashtami celebration a memorable and meaningful event.
