“Spread love and kindness on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi”

On 06/09/2024 Friday the Montessori wing of BRS Global School, ranked among the best CBSE schools in Sarjapur Road, celebrated the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi with great devotion and enthusiasm. Ganesh Chaturthi is a significant event in the Hindu calendar, celebrating the birth of Lord Ganesha the remover of obstacles.

Students and teachers were together to create a festive atmosphere, decorating the school auditorium with colourful streams and flowers.

The event started with a prayer and lighting of the diya followed by offering pooja for the Ganesha idol, wherein the students and teachers gathered to worship the Lord.

The students participated in various cultural events such as singing devotional songs, performing traditional dances, reciting slokas and they also played a small skit on the birth of Lord Ganesha.

The Ganesha festival celebration in school serves as a wonderful opportunity for the students to learn about Indian culture, traditions and values.
